I have always loved Boustan. I used to have a Boustan on sainte Catherine downtown back in the early 2000s before it turned into a chain. This franchise is clean and service is friendly. I find the meat quality in all Boustans has gone down. It used to be big chunks of chicken, now it’s like scrapes. I’ve reduced coming here because it’s no longer the same quality of food.

I was at an event recently that was catered by this restaurant , and they didn’t disappoint. The owner was friendly, literally drove two hours to the event, all with a smile and graciously upon 115 hungry wedding participants for their midnight dining table! The food was DELICIOUS, there was a ton of variety, and the attention to the little details (making sure all the meals were labelled for dietary preferences) was an excellent touch. Let’s put it this way - there wasn’t much left to take pictures of because the guests enjoyed it that much 😉

Great place for a quick bite. Food was good and not too dry. The chicken was freshly cutt, there was a line up and it took a while to get the food ready but worth the wait. Their daily specia
