The most ridiculous experience I've ever had with online ordering... The staff is incompetent and rude. We got our order at 6h20pm but I've ordered at 5h20 and was supposed to ready at 5h45 m

The fries were soggie gravy tasted past dated and Chicken was undercooked and filled with oil on top of the horrible treatment we were missing pieces that was paid for, the service was horrible , they are racist to natives and very rude , and when called to correct the situation I was told to hang on and then hung up on and now completely ignoring my call by picking up and hanging up ordered a 18 piece with 5 sides and was not given what I had paid for 72.97 is not worth any of that! 10 $ for two 2L
