I’ve been a loyal customer of Boustan for a while, occasionally stopping by to grab meals for myself and my boyfriend. However, my last experience was incredibly disappointing. I found not one but two long strands of hair in my food.
I called to inform them, and while the person on the phone offered a replacement, it was almost 3 a.m., and I live far away. When I asked if I could pick it up the next day, I was told they couldn’t offer a replacement or refund because their system resets daily.
This experience has made me hesitant to return. As a regular customer, I expected better handling of the situation. Finding hair in food is unacceptable, and refusing reasonable compensation only adds to the frustration.
