Le palais libanais aylmer

We come to Quebec once a month and found Le Palais Libanais Aylmer through a Google search—so glad we did! The service and food were exceptional. We ordered the filet mignon, chicken shawarma plate, kefta, and aska wrap. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. Our chef, Ali, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and luckily spoke English, which really helped since we couldn’t read the menu. He asked us what we were craving and brought out a plate that hit the mark perfectly. Highly recommend this hidden gem—we’ll definitely be back every time we’re in town!

Finally we have great shawarma in the area. Generous portions. Ordered a platter for 3 and a chicken sandwich. Great service, courteous and friendly by Rob and “Pablo”. They suggested the “Lebanese” style beef that is mixed with seasoned onion and tomato. Drizzled with sesame and pomegranate sauce. Delicious. Everything was fresh. A little pricier than other spots but felt it was worth it based on quality.

This place was recommended to me so I stopped in. The space is clean. The staff were all super friendly and willing to serve. I had a vegetarian shawarma. It was fully loaded and really hit the spot. If you are in the area definitely check it out.
