KFC KIRKLAND I had a bad experience yesterday. Therefore I decided to go to a KFC in a different location. However the customer service was amazing in kirkland the food was terrible. The chicken was soggy the buckets had a great deal of oil at the bottom. This is my second time complaining to the head office and all they could say is that someone will call me back within 24 to 48 hours. Therefore within two days I have spent $100 for basically nothing. Very disappointed in the this restaurant. This restaurant used to be a go-to place whenever we had to have a family dinner. Now it's so disappointing and honestly I don't think I'll ever be ordering from them again.

Love the look of this place. Food was hot and tasted great. The only thing is the line to order can take awhile. Seems like they take orders one at a time. But staff is nice.
