Horrible service! You order in advance and they don’t even make your food. They make you wait with everyone and its super hot inside full of people since every time its super slow. Makes no sense to order in advance if you have to wait 30 minutes to get your order. Food was good thats all i can say. Even after complaining several times and waiting 30-40 more. They still haven’t fixed the issue. Employees yelling in foreign languages but not working. Too bad KFC only has this store. After all the complaints and going for many other times. The customer service has definitely improved. Less wait time and faster service. Very happy with the improvements. This is how it should be

Pouring gravy from a bucket with a plastic bag inside using the cups to go with plastic and chemicals instead of a spoon We should not be served food by these ppl No respect No common sense Absolutely horrible SERVICE

I had in PFK today SO great i like it great service the guy who served me is gently really good perso. and the sous is for free every think so i just wot say thank you so much.
