One of the worst experiences I’ve had. The place was incredibly dirty—honestly, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. It took three employees to do what one person should easily manage, and even then, everything was chaotic. The staff seemed untrained and disorganized, just standing around like they were waiting for something to do. One person could barely communicate in English or French and didn’t even know the names of the toppings or menu items. This place needs serious attention—I’m considering filing a formal complaint with the health authorities. It should absolutely be inspected.

We've been a loyal customer since the restaurant opened, coz we used to live in grand blvd, just behind the restaurant back in 2016, weve had good, bad but tonight is the worst food weve ever had from this branch. My boyfriend ordered himself what use to be a plate, now a bowl with much less meat in it, less potato and so much rice on the bottom, also less coleslaw/salad. I always had chicken wrap and I usually have hard time finishing because its like a full meal for me, but tonight, theres barely anything in my wrap( not the first time), the pita was burnt and hard that a piece broke and made noise when it hit the floor. There was barely any chicken in it too. It was very sad and totally lost all my faith in this restaurant. I would not order again nor tell my friends and family to order until changes happen. We were paying more for far less amount of food than it used to be. I hope the management take charge and do something.
