Hakka Grill Halal Chinese and BBQ Restaurant

That’s a great news to have a halal Hakka place in Montreal; but honestly can’t give a good review for the customers. I really like the atmosphere and the customer service was great; but food was really basic and it was not up to the mark. I only liked the fried fish; other items were average taste or below average. I feel extremely sorry but I have to be honest to other customers and share my personal experience.

After all the hypes, we finally decided to go try this restaurant. It was almost 40 minit drive for me from West Island and I am sorry to say that for us it was not worth at all. Probably the worst general tao chicken I ever had. The chicken was very rubbery. Fried rice was not cooked well. Chicken corn soup and fish fried (pakora) was vert good. So as French fry. Chow man noddles was ok. The only other this that I didn’t like is the Sevice. It was very bad. The person who served me looked very unprofessional. The owner need to pay attention to this as I believe Sevice is one of the most important thing at restaurant business. The atmosphere of the place was excellent. Lot of potential but need to improve. For now I would not go back at this restaurant.
