The whole interaction by email was bizarre on your end and reply in the email didn't appear sincere at all. To make sure you do follow the rules, I'll be contacting the city of montreal about this and relevant bodies. You need to learn food safety is serious.
Edit: It's not an accusation, it's a customer experience being relayed in the reviews. Get it right. The purpose of the reviews is to help businesses be aware to have employees get conform and be conscience. If I was a business, I'd appreciate honest, client feedback.
Went there for a trio shish toauk wrap. Employee comes out of a door from the back, watch on the wrist, no hair net and no gloves. Didn't bother washing his hands after emerging from the back. Makes my wrap, while doing that he touches the interact machine and other things, goes back to continue touching my food. Flabbergasted I didn't say anything but this place is a severe risk of cross contamination. Food was just alright, too salty and potatoes too oily.

Honest Review – Bad Treatment of Delivery Drivers
I was hesitant to leave this review because I see the owner aggressively arguing with every negative review instead of addressing the issues. But after what I witnessed, I felt it was necessary.
The way they treat delivery drivers here is absolutely disgusting. Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I've seen drivers being spoken to like they’re less than human, just for picking up an order. No respect, no courtesy—just pure arrogance from the people in charge.
I don’t know if the food is good or not, but I do know that any place that disrespects the people helping their business thrive isn’t a place I can support. Treat people with basic decency. It’s not that hard.
And now, I shall brace myself for the owner’s well-rehearsed, hostile response.
