This was a new experience. Truly really positive experience. The staff was knowledgeable of what was offered, was willing to explain how it works what was the toppings and was incredibly patient. They even offered a sample of the sauce to ensure we liked it. This was a truly delicious meal. They do offer vegan options and Halal options and for the pork eaters out there they do offer it too. All is relatively healthy and tasty. I 100% recommend.

Food and portions are outstanding, very clean place! Finally a place where we can get freshness and awesome customer service. The cookies, mayo and all sauces are vegan.I had the grilled Tofu and it was fantastic no need to drive to Montreal for my late night fix. Great vegan options and can’t wait to go back again. The space is bright, airy, and spotless, with warm light wood accents and a mirrored wall that makes everything feel even more open and modern. Now, let’s talk food. I built a custom Sky Bowl with half white, half brown rice and loaded it up with pineapple, peppers, tomatoes, onions, corn, bean sprouts, and their new vegan Thai chicken. I topped it all off with Japanese barbecue sauce and a sprinkle of Asian crispy crackers. The vegan chicken had an impressively meaty texture and soaked up every drop of that smoky-sweet sauce. Flavorful, satisfying, and light—just how I like my midday meals. But I couldn’t stop there. I also ordered the chicken bánh mì, leveled up with spicy gochujang sauce—and wow. The bread was warm and perfectly crisp, the chicken juicy, and that sauce? Bold, tangy, and fiery in the best way. It brought the whole sandwich together and made each bite seriously crave-worthy. A little messy, but worth it. And of course, no visit is complete without a treat. I grabbed my favorite matcha oatmeal cookie—soft, chewy, and perfectly balanced with that subtle, earthy matcha flavor. Always a good call. To wash it all down, I tried their canned Thai tea over ice—super refreshing and a great way to round out the meal. SkyBird is nailing the fresh, fast, and flavorful formula. Whether you’re vegan or just craving a healthy and vibrant lunch, this spot delivers.
