The servers hold customers accountable for their poor service. I am not consuming animal products during this period of lent. The server immediately puts garlic sauce on my potatoes before I even have a chance to speak. After explaining my dietary restrictions, he states that this time he’ll make a new one “ for free”, by which he meant I would only have to pay for the medium potato he remade and not the one in which he added the garlic sauce . Essentially, he implied that I would be held financially accountable for any future mistakes on his part. Placing blame on customers is a terrible business model. When he remade my order, he put significantly less potatoes and did not even ask if I wanted hummus. Extremely disappointing experience. Take your business elsewhere with better customer service.
