I ordered take out. The onion rings were cold, super crispy though. Poutine was cold; the cheese curds were good but the fries tasted old and dry. The snack wrap was good, and the extra gravy

First of all they gave me no sauce with my tenders then I open the poutine and it’s really bad the cheese not melted the gravy looks cold and the zinger burger was not even spicy the onion rings are too salty never comeback to this kfc ever again they ruined my whole day

Placed an online order before heading to the restaurant, which is about a 15-minute drive. When we arrived, the order wasn’t ready—in fact, staff hadn’t even seen it yet. It ended up taking nearly 45 minutes for the food to be prepared. There was no communication or apology from the staff about the delay. To make matters worse, the cook left partway through preparing our order and didn’t do a handoff, which caused even more confusion and added to the wait time. The only positive was that the food was hot when we finally received it. Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating due to the slow service and lack of communication.
