I went there last night, and the special included either 8 pieces of nuggets or 3 pieces of tenders. While at the counter, I told the cashier that I wanted the nuggets deal of the day. However, he insisted that the offer was only for tenders. I pointed to the sign on the window that clearly included nuggets, but he remained adamant. Not wanting to create a scene, I let it go. But when the customer behind me ordered the same thing, he was given the nuggets deal without any issue. I visit this place frequently, and the staff knows me, but last night was truly disappointing. A supervisor or manager should lead by example and uphold fairness rather than showing inconsistency in customer service.
