I’ve shopped at this store many times. It’s run by two men, and my favorite is the shorter gentleman—he’s always polite and friendly. The other person, however, can come across as less approachable and a bit impatient. That said, I really appreciate the halal meat they offer, especially since they grind it at no extra cost when purchased from the store. Let’s give them some grace—I'm hopeful that their customer service will improve over time. Sometimes, cultural differences can take a bit longer to bridge. I’d like to believe that honest reviews like these highlight the importance of good customer service, and that they’ll take the feedback seriously and continue improving. I have to add that lately it has been almost impossible to reach them via phone. I am not able to leave a message either because their mailbox is full. Guys, please clean up your mailbox. Thank you for the good quality of your hala meat, unlike the brand that Superstore carries.

Have been there twice and good experience in exploring small but well organized place. Chicken, meat, fish were option we explored and found them good. Less option vs variety. Prices are comparable with Walmart. Lot of spices and other grocery option. Got good customer service.

The behavior of the owner , often engages in the inappropriate degradation of individuals of South Indian & Indian descent. Such behavior is wholly unacceptable. He should learn to speak the current content always try to build rubbish and non-sense context, He bluffs the customer and argues in arrogant way ** when he does FAKE Service**. Furthermore, it is evident from various reviews that the owner's manner is consistently RUDE and zero sense of business. Which is true. No customer will be rude to owner unless you make them to react... Customers deserve genuine respect and courtesy, not the facade of trust and the reality of rude customer service that currently prevails at your establishment. “BLUFFS the Customers and speaks rudely”.. Never ever visit this shop.! Not ever deserves a single Star..!
