PESHAWARI KABAB HUT

Tried Peshawari Kabob House while in Calgary and had a pretty good experience overall. We ordered the Mutton Karahi, Kabuli Rice, and Chapli Kabob. The Mutton Karahi wasn’t the best — the tomatoes were raw and not properly cooked, which threw off the flavor. However, the Kabuli Pulao was tasty with great texture and seasoning. But the star of the meal was definitely the Chapli Kabob — soft, juicy, and full of flavor. One of the best I’ve had in a while! We were also served Kehwa at the end, which was a nice touch and wrapped up the meal well. Overall, a good experience with some standout dishes. Would go back again, especially for the Chapli Kabob!

food and service was amazing. thank you for making the experience memorable for us. i’d take a flight from seattle to calgary just to eat here when i’m craving authentic peshawari/pakistani food. yes, it’s that good!

Ordered mutton karahi and chapli kabab after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, the worst taste of food I’ve had after so long. Mutton karahi was raw and you could smell of raw meat from 2ft. No taste whatsoever. Chapli kabab size and texture was okay but so bland, spices were missing. Naan was good. Food was a lot expensive than other authentic restaurants. Will never go there again.
