Turkish Kebab House

First time at Turkish Kebab House and definitely not the last! I visited Turkish Kebab House for the first time today, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Our servers, Sumaya and Merva (I hope I’m spelling their names correctly!), were absolute angels. So kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet, they made us feel right at home. One of the best parts of the night was when they came out with my friend’s birthday cake and gathered everyone to sing Happy Birthday. Not only did the staff sing with full enthusiasm, but the entire restaurant joined in clapping, it created such a fun and joyful vibe. And it wasn’t just us, there were two other customers celebrating birthdays, and each time, the staff and diners cheered and sang like it was their own family. You could really feel the community and care in the space. Now the food, WOW. The meals were absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and the portion sizes were generous. You definitely get your money’s worth, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. From the kebabs to the sides, everything was amazing. Also, the restaurant was spotless, very clean and well-kept, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, everything was AWESOME. Whether you’re going out with friends, celebrating a special occasion, or just looking for great food and service, Turkish Kebab House is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back!

I am writing this to get the owner’s attention. I have eaten at your restaurant in the past and it’s absolutely top notch. The food and quality is unmatched. However, my experience has been quite the opposite today when I ordered kunefe via uber eats. I am sharing a picture of what I got delivered versus the item I remember eating at your restaurant. Uber has denied helping me out so I am reaching out to you as my only option. I am quite disappointed that there was absolutely no cheese in my kunefe. I don’t know what could have possibly gone wrong for this to happen but I would appreciate you investigate this and help me with a refund please.
