The food is good. But service needs A LOT of work. Prices and food options on the paper menu were different from the TVs. Cashier doesn't explain what is extra, so you end up with a bill higher than expected. I ordered a Falafel plate that on the TV says it comes with 5 falafels, and when I got home, it only had 3. I do not recommend anyone to go here until they train their staff better. If you want wrap/platter, the donair place that's in front of BMO will have a better service for the same price and food quality.

This is the best shawarma I’ve ever tried. The food quality is excellent; you can really taste the freshness and how delicious it is. Nice people doing the best every day
