Main Kabab Hut

The food is great. Garlic naan, chicken kabob, lamb biryani, mango lassi - all on point. You know the biryani is the real deal when it has cinnamon sticks and cardamom pods still in it. The depth of flavour was fantastic and the level of heat just right. The owner/chef is super nice but when we were there near 1pm, he was the only one working (taking orders, serving drinks, making the food, taking payments, clearing tables). Guessing his help was on a lunch break. But there was a wait for food, which is worth the wait. Also, it got really warm inside so the outdoor seating is nice.

Dine in is not a great experience if you're not looking to grab a quick bite. However, it looks like a popular to-go place for kababs. The table was not cleaned. Looks like a family owned loc
