Ordered their deal that they had posted on sign, day old cold chicken. When my boyfriend got back with order all I can say is how unimpressed I was. Chicken was frozen and came in a bread bag freezer burnt. When I called the store they said it was only in freezer for a week but it takes two to three months for meat to get freezer burnt. Once placed in oven it smelled sour and had to be thrown out. Very unhappy with the experience and the person I spoke to when I called the store. I asked for my money back and was told there is nothing they can do. Will definitely be calling management tomorrow and will never order again from this location. What a shame!!! False advertising on their sign, it’s says COLD DAY OLD CHICKEN not frozen month old chicken!!!
