Desi Swag East Indian Cuisine

Overall tasty food and good ambience! They also have a buffet if you want to try a variety of things. But their menu has a really vast selection! Would recommend coming here if you are around the area, some of my favourite dishes are palak paneer and goat briyani!

We recently dined at Desi Swag East Indian Cuisine, and the experience was absolutely delightful. We tried chicken balti curry, chicken fried rice, Punjabi chai, and naan roti – each offering a flavorful journey. The chicken balti curry stood out with its rich and aromatic gravy, perfectly spiced to enhance the tender chicken. The chicken fried rice was a comforting blend of flavors, well-balanced and satisfying. The naan roti was soft, warm, and the perfect companion to the curry. To finish, the Punjabi chai was a highlight – fragrant and perfectly brewed, with just the right amount of sweetness and spice to round off the meal. The ambiance at Desi Swag complemented the food well, offering a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere that made our experience even more enjoyable. The staff were attentive and made sure we felt welcome. We’ll definitely be returning for more!

The food was fine. Quite delicious. I ordered a Goat dish. Very nice. However the service was exceptionally slow. And it seemed that they were not eager to serve off the menu. I did not want the buffet, and that seemed to throw the server off. It took a long time to receive a server for ordering. And once the food arrived I didn’t see the server again until I called (out loud) for service. I would go again for the food and give them another try!
