I recently ordered takeout from Cilantro’s and was thoroughly impressed by the quality and flavor of the meal. The Butter Chicken (spicy) was an absolute standout. The rich, creamy tomato sauce enveloped the tender chicken pieces, perfectly balanced with a good blend of spices that delivered a delightful heat without overpowering the dish. . It had an outstanding taste. The Butter Naan was equally exceptional. It arrived perfectly soft yet with just the right amount of crispness on the edges. The buttery richness of the naan made it an ideal accompaniment to the flavorful chicken, allowing me to savor every last drop of the sauce. Even as takeout, the meal maintained its freshness and quality, a true testament to the care taken in preparation. The flavors were vibrant, the textures spot-on, and every bite a reminder of the exceptional skill in the kitchen at Cilantro’s. I’ll highly recommend this restaurant‘s food to everyone, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been to this store multiple times and for the most part they have been consistent until the last 2 times. I have had Chicken Biryani with seemingly undercooked chicken. I placed yet another order assuming it was a one-off mistake and is to not happen again. To ensure that the basic food preparation etiquette is followed - I called and requested to ensure that the chicken is done properly. To my surprise; I get presented with the most uncooked chicken I have had. The sad part is this was after I had called them and specifically requesting for them to not do so. I noticed that another customer had the same experience and shared their photos only to be informed that if order is placed through a third party app - They take care of the customer service aspect. While that may be true; you cooked the food. Maybe cook it properly and lets leave the specifics and the semantics of how customer service is to be attained for later.
