Ajisen Ramen (Ajax)

Enjoyed a late lunch at this new location The service was great! All the servers were polite, sweet and attentive. The environment was beautiful and clean. But definitely not comfortable to be seated by the window under the blazing sun with no blinds. We enjoyed the flavours and heat of the broth and the noodles were done to perfection. The tenderous pork was a bit too dry, overly seasoned and lack of tendons in each piece in comparison to their other locations though. The soft shell crab was delicious but just a smaller portion than I expected. Overall we'll definitely return for another visit if afterwards they'll install some window shades.

Really happy about the first Ramen place in Ajax (not aware of any other). Cozy little place. Food is fantastic. Service is great. The staff did a great job in explaining different flavors. O

Tried Ajisen Ramen in Ajax and really enjoyed it! I had the Ajisen Spicy and my boyfriend got the Spicy Chicken Ramen, both were delicious. My broth was rich and the noodles were great, thoug
