I’ve ordered here multiple times and every single time they do not read the notes or get something wrong. Normally I would just go on the Uber app and get it fixed but it’s happened so many times at this particular Mary Browns, that I don’t think this place is getting the hint that they need take care of the orders properly. I would say there’s not enough spicy mayo on this sandwich and an easy fix would be for me to write “please add extra spicy mayo” in the notes, however it doesn’t really matter because they don’t even read them. One of the times I’ve ordered they gave me a banana pudding instead of the chocolate cake. Another time I ordered a chocolate cake and cookie and it wasn’t even in the bag! And if you ask for utensils they only give napkins, even if you’re ordering a cake or salad they don’t give forks. Even if you click the utensils button they don’t give them. It’s such a shame because Mary browns food is really good but the service is terrible here.

Did we get lucky or what.. popped in to grab some chicken, and we found out they have a grand opening special of $4.99 for 2 pcs and taters. We caught it just in time We asked for spicy piece

This is the best Location in Barrie, I have been there around 6 times since it opened and never had any issues. The staff has always been nice and the good always good. I met the owner in this visit and he was so nice. Made us feel like we were friends and not just some order number like many other places do.
