I ordered from Uber once and ordered take-out from the restaurant twice. If you’re ordering from Uber obviously the food gets a little soggy by the time they get to your house, totally normal. I did find the chicken a little bland. The breading is nice and crispy but the actual chicken was bland, I ordered 6pc half spicy/half regular of chicken tenders and 2 orders of the nuggets. It says on Uber that two sauces come with each meal and we only received 3 sauces (we ordered 6 meals). The spicy chicken was not spicy at all! I couldn’t even tell which one was which. I decided to go in a second and third time. Obviously since it was fresh the fries were crispy and chicken was crispy. The fries are called “spicy skinned fries” or something like that but they are not spicy at all, so if you don’t like spicy these fries are safe because they’re not spicy. It’s just a little bit of seasoning. I ordered spicy chicken tenders and I find it weird that you have to pay additionally for the sauce, I paid $1.75 not including tax for 2 sauces. So in store the tenders do not come with sauce but on uber it does. The third time I had the Cajun sandwich and apparently it had spicy mayo but again not spicy at all. Again the chicken was super bland, I thought they’d have Cajun seasoning on the chicken but it just tastes like it was unmarinated chicken breaded with flour and salt. No seasoning at all. This place is still good i just think the advertising is false especially when things are spicy or claim to have Cajun.

I visited in May after enjoying their chicken via Uber Eats. While eating my meal at home, I found a shiny metal object embedded in the last tender. It looked like a small wire, possibly from a scouring pad. I contacted the company via email but haven’t received any response in over a month, which is disappointing. The food was good, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning due to safety concerns.
