This guy needs to keep his attitude at home before coming in to work. If he doesn’t know customer service or how to treat his own teammates he shouldn’t be working in that position. I only got half of my order and when asking him for the rest of the order, he yelled saying it’s in the box when there was nothing in the box. Needs to learn how to speak to customers if he is in-charge here.

IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD BECAUSE THIS WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! Went thru the drive thru and the employee on the intercom couldn’t understand my partner and started to have a tone when we were ordering, claimed they didn’t have certain items and needed to be charged extra for white meat per piece of chicken. Almost positive they charged us for the macaroni they again claim they don’t have after we paid! How does a 2 for $12 meal come to $35 when the only thing extra we got was a small popcorn chicken on the side? The meal also is supposed to come with dip which we did NOT get. Also the food tastes terrible almost undercooked. Overall will not be coming back to this location since this our second time having a horrible experience.

Service was extremely fast. Perfect lunch today! Thank you to the staff who prepared our order. It may have been the best KFC/Taco Bell order we’ve ever had!
