Delicious yuzu miso ramen :) Service: my server, colin, was very nice to explain the new menu to me! makes me want to come back the way he portrayed the other ramens. Helped me pick out which ramen was right for my first visit 10/10 Food: yuzu oat miso ramen was flavourful and delivious. Very unique taste. Pork was just the right fattiness. Chicken could have been more flavourful but was a nice way to soak up the broth.( i think thats what its intended for) noodles are so good. Enough chewiness and incredible tasty 10/10 Atmosphere: nice chill atmosphere, good upbeat background music 10/10 Tldr: would love to come back for the rest of their menu!

new owner i guess; the sous vide chicken is back!! the clear soup is right on not savory; the chewiness of the home made ramen was impressive; no alkaline taste; the bamboo shoots has no soiled smelly taste; extra topping of the chick only 3 for $5 great value!!! i finished everything !! will return with my wife for new dishes ; service wise did not follow up; lighting and seating are comfy and warm
