My husband offered to get dairy queen...sure, why not! I immediately told him to get a brownie/oreo cupfection (google it) because I remembered how much I enjoyed it prior. When he got back (we live less than 5 mins away), I was initially shocked but then upset because what I got looked NOTHING like what I had received in the past. There was zero oreo pieces in it... what's the point of the oreo part? If it wasn't for it being 30 mins to closing, I personally would've went back to ask that it be remade. It literally looked like something they threw together. I've posted 2 photos, can you guess which one I received in the past as opposed to the one I wasn't happy with? Very disappointed, especially considering it's not a $5 dessert!
Been going to this dairy queen for a few years, and the last couple times we have went, we've had the same employee that is extremely rude and very difficult to understand. I was charged 4 dollars for a pup cup along with the rest of our order. I have been charged 1 dollar for a pup cup at other locations before which is fine, but i thought 4 dollars was a bit steep. We'll be going to a different location from now on.
