Stopped for a quick bite. Very nice welcome and I was offered a complimmentary shot of warm lentil soup, very nice touch. Ordered a cheese and meat manakeesh, which is basically a very thin pita bread made on order in the oven. I was not a big fan of the taste as it had a lot of spicy tabasco within the meat. I did not order it spicy. It left a bad after-taste. The Iraqi samoon (bread) is really delicious but on the expensive end (about $1 for a small piece). They also sell the trending Dubai Chocolate (kunafa chocolate) for about $6 a bar. I will try their shawerma next time.
