We recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party at Ashes and it was absolutely fantastic! Even with two parties happening at the same time, they did an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly. Michael was especially wonderful - he made everyone feel welcome and kept everything organized with a friendly, relaxed attitude. The food service was outstanding. All the kids ordered different meals from the menu, yet everything was ready at the same time, hot and fresh. It made the whole experience so much easier for the parents and so much more fun for the kids! Ashes also had so much to keep the kids busy, and the space felt very safe and comfortable for them to explore and play. We hardly even needed the games we brought. It’s such a great, family-friendly atmosphere. Plus, they have dart boards & pool tables! 😀 Everyone had a fantastic time, and I would recommend Ashes for a children’s party or any group event. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s birthday so special!

Just had my sons tenth birthday party here. We had 17 kids and they had an absolute amazing time. Michael is an outstanding server and host, with an infectious positive attitude and fun outgoing personality. He sang happy birthday to my son and is an all around great guy! He even let the kids sing karaoke which was a huge hit! The only negative thing I’ll say is that Michael was the only one working so we had to be patient with certain things as there were multiple birthday parties at the same time. Definitely have more than one person working with that volume of customers. Also some of the kids had grilled cheese sandwiches and the cheese wasn’t melted. They should improve the kids pepperoni pizza as well, it seems like the pepperoni isn’t even cooked and just thrown on afterward? But these are minor points as we absolutely love this restaurant and will continue going back! It’s the only place for families to go and have something for their kids to do/play with while there!
