Customer service is nearly non-existent at this location. Waited 30+ minutes for an order that was made online well before we arrived to pick up the order. We ended up standing there ignored while other delivery orders and normal in person orders were given priority. On top of this, parts of our order were missing. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this and watched many others wait an unreasonable amount of time for their orders, yet somehow other orders were given priority. This location is clearly disorganized and probably understaffed. As someone who has worked in fast food in the past and understands how it works, the level of service has gone downhill which is very sad to see.

Ordered an 8 piece deal in the drive through and they forgot the fries, last time they forgot the salad. Getting pretty tired of the lack double checking before you give customers their food.
