If you're looking for an incredible shawarma take out in London, Ontario, Sultan Restaurant is a must visit! The food was absolutely delicious flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The portions were generous, especially considering the reasonable prices. You definitely get great value for your money. What truly stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their friendliness and attentiveness were exceptional I’d give them an 11/10! Overall, I can’t recommend Sultan Restaurant enough. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place is a gem. 10/10 experience—I’ll definitely be back!

(2025/05/28) Had a small Chicken Shawarma here today, decent and authentic. A few chicken pieces were a bit dry, could be more tender and juicy.

Amazing. The meat shawarma is as close as an original one that I've had in Syria. Easily one of the best ones I've tried in over 3 continents. Lots of parking. No seating inside though. It's hard to see what they put inside the sandwiches from the counter so be precise in what you want and don't want from the get go! It's generous and the spices are spot on. There was still onion in my chicken shawarma although I asked for original. But overall it's a fantastic shawarma and the staff are kind. The boss man at the counter even gave my little son a complimentary small plate of fries! Top rated. Highly advisable. Will be back for sure.
