I had a frustrating experience at while picking up a DoorDash order. After waiting eight minutes, I asked to use the restroom, only to be told that both washrooms were out of order. When I asked how the employees were managing, the staff member responded, “We are going on the road.” This response felt dismissive and unprofessional. If a restaurant can’t even provide basic facilities for its own staff, that raises serious concerns. And if the washrooms were truly out of order, a responsible business would have addressed the issue rather than making employees and delivery drivers find alternatives. As a delivery driver, I spend long hours ensuring timely service for customers, and it’s frustrating when businesses rely on us but don’t offer even minimal accommodations. This experience left a bad impression, and I’ll be reconsidering whether to accept future orders from this location. ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) – Poor management and lack of basic facilities. Would not recommend.

The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. The food was below average and the service was just as bad slow, disorganized, and not at all friendly. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Don't expect that this one is the same as other good Quesada. Worst experience ever. The owner is super niggardly & rude to customers. The portions of each toppings and sauces were so less and when asked to add more, the owner asked for extra charge and started giving excuses which never happened with any other Quesada store. Never going again and would never recommend to anyone. Waste of time and money.
