Disappointed with Repeated Bad Service I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but after facing similar issues multiple times at 705 Pita, I felt the need to speak up. A few months ago, I dined in and ordered burgers. The girl at the counter served me a cold burger, and when I politely brought it to her attention, she replaced it with a burnt one. I even took pictures intending to leave a review but decided to let it go, thinking it might have been a one-off mistake. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. On another visit, we were again served cold food, and they pretended it was someone else's order. We all know it’s not possible to freshly prepare a burger in just one minute, so it felt like they were just covering up. Today was the final straw. I placed an order with specific instructions — extra sauce on the side, just like my previous order — and they completely ignored that. Not just that, but they didn’t even include basic things like tissues. It might seem small, but it’s the little things that matter. If this is part of some cost-cutting strategy, it’s definitely not a good look. I genuinely hope they improve their service, but for now, it was a bad experience yet again.

First time visiting the place and had a great experience. The food was very tasty but the service was exceptional. This very sweet guy was very patient about taking our order, recommending options etc. I would definitely recommend and also be back. Price and portions match.
