I ordered food roti is half cooked and daal is literally a soup what’s going on

Went for a DoorDash pickup. The guy comes out, l looking like he’s just woken up. He’s like it’ll take half an hour, that too without any manners. Half an hour for a pick up and it’s not even busy there. So unprofessional, please stop wasting people’s time. Edit: The pick up was scheduled for 5:45. Please don’t cook up lies as per convenience. Secondly, it’s DoorDash I didn’t get paid a penny! Anyway I said what i had to say, please be responsible and keep the order ready and run your business properly or shut down and don’t waste time, fuel, and efforts of delivery guys like us and customers like ‘em. Thanks
