The service was good to start. But when we got our food they didn't tell us which burger was spicy and which was mild, which was what we ordered. When I started eating it, I definitely got the hot one, which was not what I wanted. I swapped sandwiches with my friend and we both agreed they were the same taste and heat. They must have given me the wrong one. After a few bites, we also agreed that the chicken was dry and a bit tough at parts. The fries were ok. The onion rings were an upgrade and were much better. I was expecting more from this place given the higher reviews. The guy in the booth next to us ordered a few pieces of chicken and even that looked dry. He confirmed it for me. Overall ok place. Great price for their daily specials, especially if you don't do any add on. I definitely wouldn't quote this as the best fried chicken, especially since it didn't fulfill my craving. But the place was just ok for a quick bite.

I opted for the signature dish, and it was fantastic—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and juicy. The spicy sauce added just the right kick without overwhelming the flavor. The sides were impressive; the coleslaw was fresh, and the fries were crispy. Portion sizes were generous, making it great value for money. Service was friendly and efficient, enhancing the overall experience. If you’re a fan of chicken, ChickQueen is definitely worth a visit!
