My 7 year old choose burger factory for his birthday celebration. We were 11 ppl. We enjoyed it so much. All meals were made perfectly. I would recommend this location. The waiter was very nice!

The staff is friendly and helpful for new customers along with regular customers, fantastic quality burgers and fries!
I really want to thank the staff here as I visited quite a few times during my stay in Whitby and this restaurant has made my stay much more pleasant then it otherwise would have been.

Hands down best burger in town! Had to chomp down on that compresser burger . So filling for the price! Not like other burger joints who says that they are great brands and serve you tiny portions for a huge price. Service from the guy at the counter was very welcoming for a late night guest. Will come again!
