Oh my! Found this as a new place to go and we will defo be back! What a cute cosey spot, and the food! Oh my the food was amazing!! Excellent for catering for Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten pre

The food was underwhelming, burgers were dry and lukewarm even though i ate in, however, the dirty fries were nice. The service was lacklustre and provided the bare minimum. Furthermore, the environment wasn’t great as the restaurant was pretty cramped and the toilets were very dirty. I’d avoid as there are much better places to eat at in York!

What a disappointing experience! I ordered the Le French Kiss burger and the truffle parmesan fries to be delivered. Upon opening the bag the chips were just there not covered. I thought it's OK and ate one. Cold and tasteless, definitely not worth the extra £2 I paid for them. I then opened my burger. The bread bun was burnt. Had a little taste. And definitely burnt!! I rang the restaurant and all they could advise me was to contact deliveroo. Before I did this I thought I'd just take the bread bun off and eat the rest as it was only a peice of bread and a few cold chips. Upon taking my first bite the burger was somehow colder than the chips despite the burnt bun...it was raw!! Now I'm not a fussy eater at all! But I do like my burgers cooked through. I couldn't eat it! I have since contacted deliveroo and have received a full refund. But after waiting the full 65 minutes estimated delivery time and contacting them personally before getting the refund, I feel I should warn people. My dog ate like a king tonight, I however am still hungry!!
