Was the only customer. Got my order wrong. Gave me bacon in a tray to make up for it. Cremated! I like bacon crispy but this literally shattered when touched, you can see the state of it on the photo. £13 or so for a burger. Terrible service and food.

Horrible service 0 star rating and will never go here in future. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff I have no words to explain the experience with Five guys for the first time we had this experience from the staff who was cooking and preparing the food for the customer. As my friend had ordered 1 sandwich and extra fries 🍟 it takes 30 mints to get the order. When there is no waiting for any customer. The staff intentionally didn’t prepare her order on time and they are doing gossip about her it’s due to because she is from India. We have mentioned the time and order number and date everything in the picture. Please take appropriate actions towards your staff behaviour on customers. My friends get her order after they service to 29 number and her order number was 21. We are very disappointed with the services and the behaviour of the staff. Just because we paid money and we all are hungry we did said anything to the staff as they already doing gossiping about to give order to her or not. For more information check your camera recording on 30.03.2024 at 2:24 pm to 2:45 pm. This is unacceptable behaviour. The food is okay not bad we don’t complain about food but the behaviour was terrible. Don’t want to remember again. Not recommended to anyone because they don’t take customers seriously.
