Jess in Charlotte Town Swiss chalet was an absolute gem !!! So friendly and kind. Food came out quick and delicious!! 10/10 had a great experience

This is my first restaurant when i landed in Canada. As a line cook that time we value every single food we put on the plate to satisfy our guest and leave the door happy. I invite my Family to eat dinner last night because roast beef dinner is back on their menu. As a chef i feel disappointed when they handed the dinner i ordered. A chicken roast beef combo. I'm expecting a nice tin slice of roast beef instead they give me a smash beef look like a beef ragu. I feel a shame since i insisted to my Family to go to swiss chalet. My point is why does the server didn't explain to me before hand that the food i order is not the same food as you advertised? And to the back of house man you need to value the quality of the food you serve on the plate. Because at the end of the day the blame fall on you. If you think is not worth to serve don't serve it. Guest are paying for every plate you serve they deserve better. Check the picture yourself and tell me if this the same roast beef dinner as you advertised. Swiss chalet PEI????
