Called up to order 3 pizzas on Mar 15 and was assured that food would be ready for pick up after 25 minutes. At the end, I waited in the shop for 1.5 hours just for the food to be ready and this 1.5 hours excluded the 25 minutes which was promised. It meant it took 2 hours 5 minutes for 3 pizzas. There was only 1 female staff in the shop, taking care all aspects of work including taking order, handling payment, prepping, cooking and packaging the food. It was ridiculous to have only one staff in the shop on a Saturday dinner time. She was extremely friendly and kind. While saying that, I still could not justify that I had to wait for 1.5 hours for my food to be ready (I arrived at the store 35 minutes after I ordered via phone) while my food should have been ready as I was assured that it would be ok for pick up after 25 minutes. I understand that the shop could be very busy and I did not mind at all to wait for a while when I arrived. However, the waiting time was just crazy. What was worst? The food did not taste nice. We could not really take the food, threw away 2 pizzas and tried to keep 1 pizza, after we could not finish. Imagine that. What a waste of time and money. It was so sad. We wanted a pizza night and this was not the first time we ordered from this store. However, we know very clearly that it would be the last time. Just hard to support.
