Jacques Cartier Pizza - Boulevard Rome

I was surprised by the improvement in their service. The counter waiter today was super friendly, eager to introduce us their menu and excited to serve us. We had an amazing tine even if we only ordered for take out. There is the problem of all the bugs flying around which does make it a bit less appealing to eat in the restaurant. The food is still pretty good and the prices are still great. Around 15$ for a big plate of pasta and they have their combo for 2 of 3 people which are great deals. The food was decent. They are using some type of frozen dough that literally tasted like cardboard. Crust has holes in it and there is no bubling at all. JCP needs to have consistency across their franchises. Awful pizza.
