Poulet Rouge

Poulet rouge is great! I've been several times in the past year and the ingredients are always fresh, the fries are always deep fried perfectly and the chicken has yet to be under or overcooked. I specifically order the 2 Flavour (4 piece chicken Volcano Spicy sauce) Poutine bowl and they always fill the fries to the brim, extra poutine sauce instead of their 4 signature sauces and 4 good sized portion of chicken. Whoever runs the place is doing a good job since they opened. I have never seen the place empty or having what you would call a "slow" day and the young kids working there all do their jobs very well. Let's hope things continue this way! As long as they continue to be generous with their portions and filling up the bowls and taking care to make everything properly as they have been, I'll surely be a returning customer for a long time.

Need to say shrinkflation has hit this place. The chicken strips are much smaller than they used to be and my coucous was stone cold. Good service though.
