What people say about (Ozzy Food Market)

James B

Want the best kafta platter in town? Then, you will have to come to Ozzy Food Market and experience it for yourself. It was only a year or so ago that I tried Ozzy - at the recommendation of a neighbor of mine. Sadly, I have driven past this fine place more times than I care to admit, each time squandering an opportunity to have a great meal. The serving size is very generous, and the food is absolutely packed with flavour. With a platter, you can be sure to have a second meal later, which is good because the food will leave you wanting more.

I give 1 star because I cannot give 0! Awful experience in this restaurant. My family ended up without dinner because I threw everything away in the trash. I ordered 2 chicken platter, I was given small portions of meat, salad and rice. The meat tastes really bad, sour and dry. The rice was old and dry, it was noticeable they just warmed it for next days. I threw everything because the food is old and not worthy to eat it. I paid for this miserable experience 45$ without even eaten a potato which was very dry and old. Overpriced not edible old food!

Avoid unless you're 'acceptable' to the staff. Caucasian male, fully employed, presentable. I came in at 1:00 PM. One employee was sitting on a chair at the kitchen looking at her phone, 7-8 feet from me. I waited. A second employee joined the female employee and shoulder-surfed on her phone, 7-8 feet from me, in full view. At no time did they look at me, acknowledge me, or ask me to be patient. Just stared at the phone. There was one guy sitting at a table on his phone - no food so I assume employee. Waited about 5 minutes, thinking maybe it was an important call. Clearly they weren't interested in selling me food. Not friendly on a cultural sense.
