I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating. I visited on May 1st between 8:45–9:15 p.m. and was standing in line for about 15–20 minutes. There was no one else in line , and the staff saw me multiple times—they knew I was waiting. Still, they didn’t acknowledge me or say a word . Then a family walked in, cut the line, and the staff immediately started taking their order without even glancing at me. No apology, no explanation. I had come to order more but left with just one sandwich after waiting nearly 30 minutes. If management has any doubts, they can check the security footage from that time. Extremely disappointing service.
