I’ve eaten at Boustan in Trois-Rivières three times now, and every visit has been excellent. The food is always fresh, delicious, and generously portioned. I’ve tried both the Bol Santé with Chicken and the Shish Taouck plate—both were full of flavour and perfectly prepared. The Avocado, Tabouli, and Beet salads were also outstanding—fresh, vibrant, and tasty. Great value, friendly service, and consistently delicious food. I’ll definitely be back!
