If I could give this place a 0/5 stars I would. I have been coming here for a long time, ever since it opened. Today was the worst experience I have EVER had at any food establishment period. I decided to try the fried chicken on the rocks. After waiting, I walked in as he was finishing up my order and I watched the worker rush to put the sauce on and put the box on the bag. I didn’t think anything of it but it struck me weirdly so I checked in the car and I saw 4 tiny nuggets sized pieces of chicken, practically no sauce, and the rice filling half the bowl. I went in and confronted the workers, and was very rudely told that this was the serving size and they were being “pressured” by corporate to limit their portions to two scoops or rice and 4 pieces of chicken. I can understand limits to portions, but this is ridiculous. For 13 dollars, I get plain rice, a little bit of sauce, and four chicken nuggets. The food tasted fine, the rice was stale. But the staff and portion sizing is horrendous, and I do not like to be ripped off. This is a scam, do not come here. I have not taken a single bite out of the food in any of the attached photos.

Have always had consistently good food here. The food here is always fresh and hot when you get your order. They never mess up the orders from the numerous times I have been here and compared to when they first opened up, they have streamlined the process of getting orders out at this location so well. Service is great here. If you chat with them, they will more than likely give a quick little conversation back with you. Parking is decent as the lot is quite large in front of the store and there is even more parking behind with a walkway cutting through to the front where the line of food places are. Also, have to try their new treat. The pistachio baklava cheesecake. Really nice way to end an osmows meal! Great job

Beware! The Falafel you ate might actually be chicken! Horrible experience. I don't know how they recruit the staff and how they train them. No empathy towards the customers and very rude behavior. One of the store associate, Mehta, wrongly labeled the wraps making a vegetarian eat chicken and thinks he can offer a new wrap to make it right. The interesting part is: he doesn't even understand that it's a serious mistake. He lacks basic manners and says to "just write a review" all the while being rude and unapologetic. Asked for his Manager's contact but not ready to share. And who gives a wrap for take away with half covered exposing the actual wrap itself!!
