Mr. Fez Shawarma

Wow, this shawarma is honestly one of the best in the world! I’ve traveled a lot and tried shawarma in many different countries — and this place is truly something special. Since we moved to Canada, we’ve been searching for the real thing for two years… and we finally found it! The bread is super thin and perfectly grilled, the sauces are just spot on, and the meat is insanely delicious. Everything together — absolutely perfect! And the vibe here is amazing too — fun Eastern hats hanging everywhere, and the music is so good you just have to dance! My 4-year-old son couldn’t resist — he started dancing right in the restaurant, and we all had the best time! Thank you so much, guys! God bless you!

Today I tried the Arabic Platter. The Shawarma was amazing, the meat was tasty, a really generous portion and friendly staff. The hommade pickles tasted great. Only the Baklava wasn‘t as juicy as expected. Highly recommended to try Mr.Fez!

I’m from BC. We have really good sushi there, but what we don’t have in Victoria or Vancouver is true, authentic shwarma. I honestly can’t explain why it was so good but to keep it short; I’ve been staying in Ottawa for three days and I’ve been here 3 times. Get the classic. But also the power bowls are fire if you’re looking for a healthier option :)
