Worst restaurant ever in thunder bay.Even after booking appointment our food was like 1 hour late on table. After taking to the manager or owner of the restaurant she didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience. She just said it’s been busy. Also she didn’t even told that before hand about the situation . We had one of the worst dining experiences at Masala Grill. We booked a table in advance, yet when we arrived, we were left standing at the door without any acknowledgment or proper welcome. After finally being seated, there was absolutely no communication from the server about how long the food would take. Shockingly, it took over an hour just to get the appetizer. When the food finally came, it was bland, underwhelming, and definitely not worth the outrageous wait. The whole experience felt disorganized and frustrating — poor service, long delays, and food that doesn’t live up to the hype. Would not recommend. There are much better places in Thunder Bay to spend your time and money.
