Not really fair review . Never ate or had a drink there. Saw this place online and liked the reviews and photos. 6ish on a Saturday night, we endured paralyzing construction, walking by a busy pub and found the sovereign room. Did a double take. See picture. Walked in and it was somewhat deserted and dark. Did have a fairly impressive draught list. Anyhow we went up the street and had a fine time.

Great Pizza, but Other Dish Fall Short I recently visited The Sovereign Room with high hopes of indulging in some delicious pizza. While the pizza certainly lived up to my expectations, I found the other food offerings to be rather lackluster. Let's start with the star of the show – the pizza. It felt as though the focus and attention to detail that went into the pizza were not replicated in the other dishes. On a positive note, the service at The Sovereign Room was friendly and attentive. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, creating a pleasant dining experience. In conclusion, if you're craving excellent pizza, The Sovereign Room is a great choice. The pizza alone makes it a worthwhile visit. However, if you're looking for a well-rounded dining experience with consistently impressive food beyond the pizza, you may want to explore other options.
