I had a fantastic experience at Tashkent Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — full of rich, authentic Uzbek flavors and incredibly satisfying. Just WOW! This dish was absolutely incredible – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Lagman (Uzbek hand-pulled noodles) was packed with tender beef, colorful veggies, rich broth, and topped with sesame seeds and herbs. Every bite was a taste of authentic Central Asian cuisine! Special thanks to Nilufar for the amazing service and warm hospitality. She made our experience extra special with her kind smile and attention to detail. You don’t just eat here – you feel at home.

I really loved this new restaurant in Downtown Vancouver that serves Uzbek food where I have been for the third time. Dishes here are delicious especially plov and borscht. Butthis time I tried the vegetarian lagman and it was so juicy and so many vegetables in it, really love the mushrooms.
